RESIDENTS DAY 2009

Englewood Mayor Michael Wildes held his "6th Annual Residents Day Event" and recognized Blue Moon Mexican Cafe on E. Palisade Avenue with an official Certificate of Commendation from the Mayor's office for sponsoring the mayor's annual event.

The event gave residents an opportunity to meet their fellow neighbors and local business owners/organizations. Food and snacks were provided by Blue Moon Mexican Cafe and Matisse Chocolatier. The event was also attended by City of Englewood Municipal Staff Members, Chiefs, Department Heads, Elected Officials, and Candidates for the upcoming '09 Election.

  On Sunday, May 17th, 2009, I will be hosting an event recognizing the New Residents that have moved into Englewood over the past year. It will also be open to all residents of the City to come and greet their new neighbors. The party will be held at Blue Moon Mexican Cafe, 21 East Palisade Avenue from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. I invite you to participate with me in welcoming both new neighbors and old friends.

  A gift package introducing your organization, business, product or service would be greatly appreciated as a contribution to the event.
