CITY OFFERS NEW TROLLEY SERVICE
The City of Englewood began operating a Trolley Shuttle Service for
residents on December 1, 2008. The service will provide transportation
to and from the commuter bus lines in the morning and evening rush hours
as well as service into the downtown for shopping and dining. The replica
trolleys were funded by the federal government and provided through NJ
Transit.

ENGLEWOOD TROLLEY SYSTEM Service Weekdays Morning commuter service will operate between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Afternoon service will operate between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Each route will run on the hour and half hour. Saturdays One trolley will operate between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for transportation to and from the downtown. Route 1 will start on the hour and Route 2 will start on the half hour.
Route No. 1 Route Description Englewood and South Dean West on Englewood Ave. South on Lafayette Ave. West on Forest Ave. South on Webster Ave. East on Route 4 Windsor Park Stop Flat Rock Square Stop East on Route 4 to Grand Ave. Exit East on Rockwood Place North on Broad Ave. West on Van Norstrand Ave. North on Grand Ave. Left on Englewood Ave. Route No. 2 Route Description Palisade Ave. & South Dean Left on Grand Ave./Engle St . Left on Hudson Ave. Left on Knickerbocker Rd. Left on Palisade Ave. Right on South Dean
